Drop-leaf dining table designed by Norwegian designer Bendt Winge .
Made of teak, it consists of 2 flaps that lift easily to enlarge the tabletop.
Very practical, it measures only 26cm deep once the extensions are folded down.
Once the two sides of the table are in place, you can eat with 6 people around the table.
Very nice cross-shaped base.
We sanded and varnished the tabletop in our workshop.

More information:
Bendt Winge was a Norwegian furniture designer and interior architect. He was one of the first Norwegian designers to design furniture for mass production, such as a model of mass-produced plastic chairs for Nordic Comfort Products, which sold over 5 million units.
Winge is best known for its high-end vintage furniture, such as the "Klaffebord No. 1" folding table, which seats 12 people. This table was a great success, with numerous exports to the United States and throughout Europe.
Shortly afterwards he created the "Klaffebord No. 2" table, which was half the length of the first and almost identical to its predecessor. This is the model shown here.
The Scandinavian furniture created by Bendt Winge is now highly appreciated by vintage furniture enthusiasts.
